Terms and Conditions for Dance Studio Moonlight Plans and Passes
Payment: All fees for plans and passes are due upon purchase and are non-refundable.
Pass Activation: Passes are activated from the date of purchase and are valid for the specified duration. Unused sessions will not be carried forward beyond the pass duration.
Booking and Attendance: Participants must book their sessions in advance. Late arrivals may result in the forfeiture of that session without compensation.
Pass Transferability: Plans and passes are non-transferable between individuals and cannot be shared or resold.
Cancellation: No cancellations or refunds are permitted for purchased plans or passes.
Schedule Changes: Dance Studio Moonlight reserves the right to modify or cancel any class or session. In such cases, efforts will be made to notify participants in advance.
Health and Safety: Participants must adhere to all studio rules and instructions provided by instructors. Participants should inform instructors of any health concerns or injuries that may affect their participation.
Liability: Dance Studio Moonlight is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings that occur on the premises.
Conduct: Respectful and appropriate conduct is expected from all participants. Dance Studio Moonlight reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not complying with studio rules or engaging in disruptive behavior.
Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Alberta, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.
By purchasing a plan or pass from Dance Studio Moonlight, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
